Hubermont ‘Space  for  Development’ originated from the vision of its founder, which is based upon conversations with managers/participants and colleague consultants. By listening to their appreciative stories the environmental factors that contributed to the success of their programs became obvious.

Those included:

From these factors emerged a vision that turned into reality.
